Describe a time when someone’s words had a lasting impact on you.

When my dad hugged me and told me "i'm proud of you." My dad doesn't really express himself much so when I heard those words, I cried a bit. He wouldn't say much about my achievements but he did this one time. It made me feel seen by my dad for once and gave me a happy warm feeling. It made me try a bit harder to gain more validation.

Just worked on chapter 16-19 questions. How even during the cheerful moments, always think about somebody and how they feel when moments get hard for them. Some people get defensive and start insulting when they hear what they don't want to hear.
