My Spring Break

During my spring break, I was busy babysitting my one year old baby cousin. I was watching him from morning till afternoon and got paid on Friday. I was on the phone with my friend and talked about whatever or stayed silent as we kept each other company. I even played on my brothers home computer a few games with other friends and had fun. On Saturday, I went out with my best friends since it's been almost two months since we last saw each other or even hung out together. I was babysitting the same day for a bit until my friends came to get me. I handed the baby over to my brother since it was his day before leaving to go to the store to get something to eat. Then we went to Gwinnett pool which we paid 70 dollars to enter since we weren't residents in the area and all agreed to never return. After that, we went to my house to shower and then stayed in the kitchen talking to my mom after she got home from work. Right after we left and went to Kroger and bought sushi and some spicy puff chips. We headed to karaoke and had so much fun singing and eating, the drive back to my house was fun since we were blasting music and making jokes. Once I arrived home my cousin was outside receiving food that his mom sent him from Honduras and made me help him carry it inside. I had a lot of fun on Saturday and just relaxed on Sunday.

Today we read two poems and answered questions about them. I learned how to identify the rhyme scheme. How to discover the speakers overall tone.
